We carried out multy operational technology of pipes reinnovation, which enales us to recover used pipes and improve upon anticorrosive characteristics. At the factory is located special equipment and technological lines for pipes recovering.

Our staff applied reconstruction of pipes by means of grinding and welding works of corroted caverns and changing of defected pipes portions.

•  stage by stage quality control of recovered pipes by means of ultrasound test in accordance with DIN 54109-1 : 1987

•mechanical treatment with caring of pipe bevels in accordance with requirements of normative documantation.

After processing as per below mentioned stages, pipes are moved to section of coating by means of mono-2-3- layer coating based upon extuded PE PP and other inner coating as epoxy, enamel, cement mortar lining.
