For many years our company has been developing and then put into production our own (methods of inner surface lining, electrostaic spraying, bush inserting) with anticorrosive PE/PP monolayer for steel and cast iron pipes.  Lined pipes have  high strength, insulation resistance, corrosion ressistance, toughness, light weight, long operation life etc.

For many years our company has been developing and then put into production our own (methods of inner surface lining, electrostaic spraying, bush inserting) with anticorrosive PE/PP monolayer for steel and cast iron pipes.  Lined pipes have  high strength, insulation resistance, corrosion ressistance, toughness, light weight, long operation life etc. The steel pipe coated inside by the fusion of PE/PP powder. Coating thickness is 0.2-10.0mm.  The pipes are insulated in accordance with JWWA K 132.

The marerial is not hygroscopic and has a good water and steam permeability. PE/PP material has an excellent resistance to living organic and technological chemicals.

Thus lined PE/PP material predicts any reaction (interaction) of transported liquid with steel pipes surface providing an excellent clearness of liquid and environment.

Such method is widely used in power stations, drinking water transportation , oil-gas pipemains, shipbuilding etc. against internal pipes corrosion and abrasion.
