Elbows or bends are commonly used part of any pipeline system. They are used to change the direction of transported fluid. ASTM A234 WPB elbows commonly have 90° grade degree for long radius, but there are also 45°, 180° grade elbows.

There are also short radius (SR) elbows, they have sharper curves and shorter bends, they are perfectly fit in compact places.

Standard: ASME B16.9, SH3408, HG/T21635 / 21631, SY/T0510

Diameter: DN20 to DN1500/ 3/4” to 60”

Schedule: Sch 20, STD, 40, XS, 80, 100, 120, 160, XXS

Before coating, elbows are applied with shortblusting  for removal of scales, corrosion and other muds.
