We apply anticorrosive polymeric-epoxy pipes coatings, epoxy pipelines coating in accordance with: AWWA C210- Liquid-Epoxy Coatings and Linings for Steel Water Pipe and Fittings, EN 10339:2007-Steel tubes for onshore and offshore water pipelines – Internal liquid applied epoxy linings for corrosion protection, EN 10289:2002 -Steel tubes for onshore and offshore water pipelines – Internal liquid applied epoxy linings for corrosion protection.

Epoxy coating is a solution consisting of high viscosity composition based upon epoxides and amine solidifier. Epoxy coating is applied by means of hydrospray machine.

High mechanical, chemical and dielectric characteristics of epoxy coating, enables to apply epoxy coating under severeexploitation conditions as: high moisture, acid soils, rapid change of temperature etc.

Protective coating is covered in one or several layers with thickness from 0.5-3.0mm. Curing time 6…12 hours at a temperature 20°С

Epoxy is certified by standard system of Ukraine -UKRSEPRO.
