This method implies tissue liner to be stretched under pressure through the old pipe. Due to pressure the tissue liner is sticking to inner surface of rehabilitated pipe. Pipe cross section remained the same. Inner surface of tissue liner is coaled with polyethylene layer. This layer is also used for gas pipelines. Tissue liner provides passive protection  against corrosion of old pipes inner surface and seals leaky places.

Pipes rehabilitation,  tissue liners

This method implies tissue liner to be stretched under pressure through the old pipe. Due to pressure the tissue liner is sticking to inner surface of rehabilitated pipe. Pipe cross section remained the same. Inner surface of tissue liner is coaled with polyethylene layer. This layer is also used for gas pipelines. Tissue liner provides passive protection  against corrosion of old pipes inner surface and seals leaky places.

Tissue liner is resitant to negative effects of air gases stenching compounds. It is coextruded by elastic polyethylene material, designed for rehabilitation of leaking pipes. Twisted tissue is made from high hardness filament polyether fiber which enable high fixation in old pipes. The liner is stretched in old pipe in U-shape, which simplifies its intallation through damaged pipe even if the pipe is rather curved. No steam is necessary to blow and smooth the liner.

After installation the water is fedding through the pipe. Liner is unfolding across inner wall pipe. Special stop plugs are available.

This liner is partially structured, this ia a unique one, which privides continuous water fed iven in case if the old pipline possibly can blow up. Inner corrsion, fur, leaking can be repaired by means of tissue liner.

 

Advantages  – Such repairs dont effect negatively infrasructure, parks, buildings. It is effective and low cost method of pipes rehabilitation.

Diameter of sanated pipea – from 80mm up to 2000 mm

After pre installation instruction and location preparation, one can repair from 100 mt up to 200 mt of pipeline per day.

Drinking water pipelines with diameter up to 500mm which are located under rivers, roads, houses, railways etc. can be sanated by elastic liners. Performance of work is about 200mt per day. In case if the pipeline located under such obsticles as roads, raiways, houses, it is necessary to dig a ditches 2×3 mt in distance 100-200mt across repaired pipeline.
