Technology.

In case of having method pipe in pipe with destruction with stretching of PE pipe, you should dig 2 tranches at the beginning and at the end of repaired pipeline. PE is stretched into old pipeline hydraulically, so no wrench is needed. Hydraulic traction destroys old pipe simultaneously stretching new PE pipe.
