Pipeline rehabilitation by method pipe in pipe without destruction. Reasonable repair of pipelines with minimum technical obsticles.

As a result of it, a new PE pipe is stretched through old steel pipe. Such technology reduces inner diameter, but improves output posibility.

Тechnology.

We repair defected pipes with diameter 100-800mm. by stretching of PE pipes (method pipe in pipe without destruction) . The old steel pipes are cleaned from corrosives. PE pipe is stretched into old pipe by means of wrench. After stretching, the space between old and new pipes is filled with special solution. Such technology is compatible with all types of pipes. Rehabilitated pipe can withstand pressure up to PN 16.
