Our company offers Carbon Steel EN 10219 pipes coated with mono-2- 3-5-7 layer anticorrosive coating, based upon extruded PE/PP with hot-melt adhesive sublayer and primer, polymeric and heat-shrinkable tapes (reinforced type).

1.Anticorrosive covering with 2-layer tapes of cold applied coating (Polyken, Polylen) in accordance with AWWA C215, EN ISO 21809-1, DIN 30670 (UNI 9099), CSA Z 245-20, TS 5139, NF A 49-71.

2.Anticorrosive coating with bitumen polymeric tape 

3.Anticorrosive steel pipes coating including (gas, water, oil pipe lines) with heat shrinkable tape “ANTIKORTERMO” in accordance with: AWWA C215, EN ISO 21809-1, DIN 30670 (UNI 9099), CSA Z 245-20, TS 5139, NF A 49-71.

4. 2-3-5-7 layer coating based upon extruded PE/PP with hot melt adhesive and primer  in accordance with: AWWA C215, EN ISO 21809-1, EN ISO 21809-4, DIN 30670 (UNI 9099), CSA Z 245-20, CSA Z 245-21, TS 5139, NF A 49-71.

5. Single layer (monolayer) pipes coating based upon extruded PE.

6. Anticorrosive polymeryc epoxy coating in accordance with: AWWA C210- Liquid-Epoxy Coatings and Linings for Steel Water Pipe and Fittings, EN 10339:2007-Steel tubes for onshore and offshore water pipelines – Internal liquid applied epoxy linings for corrosion protection, EN 10289:2002 -Steel tubes for onshore and offshore water pipelines – Internal liquid applied epoxy linings for corrosion protection.

7. Polymeric powder coating of steel pipes and other sections of closed loop system.

8. Concrete weight coating (CWC)  in accordance with DVGW GW 340.

Internal pipes coating- reinforced type.

1. Enameled pipes  in accordance with BS EN ISO 11177:2016 for hot and cold water supply systems with operating temperature up to 95 °С and tubing pressure 2.0 MPa.
